The first time guest decides within the first few minutes whether he or she will return for a second time visit. A second time guest is our "win". Whether serving on the parking team, as a greeter, aisle host, or manning the Guest Experience table, every interaction with new guests matters! We strive to make sure everyone feels welcomed and loved from the moment they step foot out of their cars to the moment they pull out of the parking lot.

Guest Experience volunteers are asked to serve a minimum of 2 Sundays per month

Who can be involved?

Anyone who can smile and give a high five can find a place to serve on the Guest Experience team! Girls and guys ages 15 and up are welcome, even younger ages when paired with an adult. We are a family friendly church and we love families that serve together.

Wellspring Worship exists so that those who have had a craving for Jesus ignited within them may be able to express their worshipful response to God. Our heart is that through observing a worship experience, those who do not know Jesus would leave asking the question, “Who is this Jesus and why do they enjoy praising Him?”

Commitment

Our volunteers are expected to play a role in the Worship Experience for a minimum of one time per month unless their position is a specialized one (rapper, cellist, poet, etc). When scheduled, volunteers will attend one rehearsal during the week and be in attendance for soundcheck on Sunday morning. A weekly commitment of 8 hours a week, not including personal practice time for musicians.

Who can be involved?

All musicians, vocalists, rappers, songwriters, and poets with previous performance experience are welcome to submit a Worship Application, which can be found here. If applying for a specialized position please feel free to contact info@wellspring.one for more information. Production Team specializes in audio, video, and lighting. Previous experience is great but no experience is also welcomed. Our team will gladly train you in the areas of Production.

Through children's ministry we have the chance to engage the hearts of kids when they are most open to the gospel. Everyone's role in Well Kids is important. From serving in the nursery, to teaching or helping in a class you will have the opportunity to show kids that Jesus is real and He loves them! 

Commitment

Well Kids volunteers are asked to serve on an A and B week rotational on either Sunday morning.

Who can be involved?

Anyone 4th grade and older who has a desire to come alongside kids and disciple them to grow in their relationship with Christ. Additionally, volunteers need to pass background and reference checks since they are working with minors. No experience in teaching or working with kids? Not a problem!!! We will work with you to find the best fit for you to serve and help train you to succeed.

At Wellspring Church we value a captivating environment and part of that is providing a clean building. Each week a cleaning team comes in to help deep clean our building to make it a safe environment. If you're ready to join the mission and help provide a clean and awesome environment for our people, this is an awesome team to join!
